Advent day 12 with Caterpillar Cross Stitch - and it's a pair of my favorite floss scissors. I've gotten a pair every year with their advent calendar (different colors), and I just love them. Perfect size for my stitching bag and cut floss like a dream.

@doctormo I remember, 5 years ago (before the "AI gold rush") there was one startup #Snips that created a model that could be stripped down into tiny size, reducing the number of words recognized. This model could even be run on embedded devices. Quite a cool idea! Sadly, that startup sold itself to the "bigger fish", leaving a community built around them. The technology disappeared, and for some reason no one has tried to replicate their work so far 🤔

J'essaye d'installer #snips sur un vieux raspberry pour voir si on peut faire quelque-chose de sympa à part demander l'heure.
