I just had a very negative experience at the #StavrosNiarchos Foundation Cultural Center #SNFCC in #Athens. Even though their website explicitly states amateur photography is allowed and free, they insisted I apply for a permit for a commercial photoshoot because my camera 'looks professional'. When asked for an explanation, they said according to their standards every photo taken with something other than a phone is 'professional photography'.
Good Lord, what is wrong with people?
