My snare wires broke on me last night... :/ Unfortunately, I don't have the 42 wire replacement at hand, only 20 and the difference in sound is crazy. The snare feels just off-putting to me right now. And it had to happen just as my latest order from the drum-shop arrived to my door. I guess it is sign to quickly order #snare wires and some more #drumming stuff... :)

First study of my new Bossa-slap-technique. So far I haven't heard any #Bossa being played on the #guitar with clap (i.e. #percussive or #drum elements). Except maybe of Eirik Glambek Bøe of Kings of Convenience, who hits the fingernails on the strings to simulate a #snare. But here I also use my pinky to simulate a #tom.
