  15. Spent the majority of yesterday smoking up a bunch of meatballs.
    I'm absolutely done cooking meatballs for a Time. I made three versions, made Italian meatballs, I made spicy Italian meatballs. And some meatballs are supposed to be like Salisbury steak. But the Salisbury steak once I used some Italian sausage in them and they did not turn out the way I would have liked. All of them are very edible though.
