The European Investment Bank will provide up to €30 million to support Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The funds will be allocated to Ukrainian banks and then directed to SMEs to improve favorable lending conditions. Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal announced the decision.
