Crazy dog. After every meal (6 am and 4-ish pm) he goes and gets his 8 pound dumbell. He moves it to our bed, or from the bed to his dog bed. Nutty boy. So proud of himself!

Smeagol almost fell asleep with his prize toy, an 8 lb dumbell. At least once a day, gets it and moves it to a different spot.

From last year...now I need to make Fried Green Tomatoes again!!
Fried green tomatoes on pita with light mayo, blue cheese and romaine lettuce. (I was keeping track of calories then---this was about 450 for both. Not bad.)

Smeagol is so cute, but that stck is not going inside! He loves to run and get a thrown stick, but only twice, then he wants to bring it on my bed. Nope! Nettie joins him at the end.
