    Oh look, Xiaomi proved that missiles are bad for my health, or at least for my sleep. Annoyingly I own it for about three weeks, and it already proved the same thing twice.
    Otherwise it's almost funny how obtuse the app is. In our time of interactive everything and AI in everything, having "you woke up too often during 0 nights last week" is just shameful to have in the product. It was shameful even 20y ago.
    Even after a terrible night like that, it says I sleep better than 28% of my age group. Idk, I don't have their data, but you'd think that such a good sleeper would be fine with "keep doing what you are doing". But nope, I get told off for "very late" bedtime (after 23:00), and once even for sleeping too long (9h). I can set my sleep duration goal, but not this bedtime standard set for chickens.
