I've just spotted for a (repeated) time a colleague wearing 'smart' (Meta) glasses in a meeting. Apparently they've been using them for convenience of being a mic/speaker Bluetooth device. Gladly so far only in online meetings, but I saw that they were at the office today.

But I'm finding it quite icky and I'm feeling uncomfortable about it.

I don't want to be unreasonably rude to that person, as they're usually very nice, helpful and a 'good colleague'.

How does one deal with it? I'm inclined to ask the corporate's privacy officer about it without mentioning a name at first.

After all, this is likely just the beginning, and there *will* be more over time.
