Live and recent posts from across the Fediverse tagged #smallyoutubers, aggregated by home.social.
Mentioned it over on Reddit, but thought I should send the link here as well. My friends and I run a small Swedish Youtube channel with let's play videos, mainly Minecraft, called @samkvam_online Most of our videos (and all the Minecraft ones) are edited with Kdenlive!

It always baffles me, when people immediately unsubscribe my channel after I upload a new video. Today, ten minutes after uploading, 3 people were gone. 🤔 #smallyoutubercommunity #SmallYouTubers
Due to successive winter storms we will not be returning to the Varlastan Circle this week

New old The Hooded Crow track dropped today! It's a cover of the old #DeepPurple track Fools (originally off the Fireball album) recorded on 4-track for a compilation called Information Superhighway Stars in 1995.
(YouTube, 7 minutes, thumbnail image appears to be AI-generated. I have started making new drawings for the channel owner to use but I don't know if he's got them yet.)
This video has 35 views right now, so let's hope these posts can move the needle a bit. What do other people do to get YouTube videos seen by viewers? I didn't make these videos but because of my history with the band, I feel invested in them.

New old The Hooded Crow demo, this time a two-person track from Michel Bouma and Johan Dijkhuis (YouTube, 2m 30s, thumbnails appear to be AI art - presumably Johan heard about me griping about the old art used in the other thumbnails):

Edit: it helps if I don't mangle the URL.
I'm still not sure how I'm going to find #SmallYouTubers to highlight, but I can start with ones I already know. I met Wobbie Wobbit through #FAWM, where her ability to turn just about anything into a functional song has made her a pivotal contributor to 4-way collaborations. Here's one video from 2022 with Guatecoop and Vom Vorton, who I also consider stars of FAWM, and Carleybaer, whose name I at least recognize. It has 125 views at the time of writing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M91K5Pw02aI
