I really want to go into this year with a positive outlook and I’ve been thinking a lot aboutt putting more energy into bettering myself both health-wise and mentally. This includes getting healthier, reading more books, and finally getting my handcrafted things out into the world! I also really want to focus on keeping up with loved ones. CW: Dissertation 8/36
I have just finalized an initial outline for my dissertation. I am still at an early point, but I am happy to have this preliminary, directional roadmap. It feels like it could grow into something! 🤫 #smallgoals @phdlife

This has been a good 15minutes-at-a-time project. Picking up a chisel or sledge hammer or hammer drill to finish the day is a nice change of pace.
And you can make good progress, even when it feels like you're not getting very far with each session. A testament to the #smallGoals strategy.
