    Steps targets. January was a writeoff due to hospital stay. Now can do 3000 a day, planning to ramp it up to 5000 by the end of February, bodily systems permitting. I hit the wall at about 9 minutes. Last year I was doing 7000 plus without effort, now have to start again at the beginning. #recuperation #health #steps #small_steps

    Got some new rechargeable batteries today - pretty much the only rechargeables I use.
    Impressed at the new non-plastic packaging. Hopefully better for the environment _and_ easier to use.
