Temperatures finally dropped to a bearable level and I kept a slow pace to see how far I could go before my injured calf muscles started complaining.

8 km. The longest run since June. I'm very slow but I will use this distance as a reference for future slow running session. Firstly because it allows me to draw a star (which I am proud of 😂!) And secondly because it's a complete tour of the Citadelle park.

HR Zone2 30min run after watching a few videos about the benefit of slow #running.
It was a challenge to keep the HR just below Z2 upper level.
What helped:
- Good sleep before.
- Walk (switched 2 times)
- Diaphragm breathing.
- Relaxing chest/shoulders/arms.
