I’m of the opinion that cellular companies were sold a promise of what 5G would deliver, and it turned out to be a false promise. Either that or they REALLY screwed the implementation. Maybe it’s both?
While 4G and/or LTE was slower in speed, it carried with it a very reliable connection if you had the bars. Now? Even with full bars and the 5GUC indicator, I regularly have incredibly slow or no data no matter where I travel.
