    The sloop Clearwater was forced by Coast Guard to leave the Sail4th 250 tall ships parade today because it carried signs advocating for clean water, racial justice, and climate solutions. It was unclear who made the decision.
    Clearwater was launched in 1969, is owned by an environmental protection group founded by Pete Seeger.
