Next was a great talk by Chris Rider on #DEI #analytics and the #NFL's #RooneyRule at the #Sloan #Sports Analytics Conference. It's still difficult to determine if the Rooney Rule actually works, and Rider does an excellent job pinning down the big problems in achieving representation parity in the NFL and throws down the gauntlet on how organizations can contribute to actually making a dent in this problem.
