Finished a 5 day program of high strength Efudix (fluorouracil) on my face 2X daily.
Feeling a bit knocked around, irritable, swollen face & around the eyes, slight obstruction on lower edges of visual field, occasional Eustachian tube discomfort, weeping crusty lesions on skin. Didn't sleep well.
Described as an old chemotherapy that wasn't highly selective, fluorourcil is meant to kill off sun damaged skin cells. And reduce future skin cancers.
