New Idiopathic Hypersomnia study just dropped!
They finally discovered things about sleep pressure that we with IH have been saying all this time - it builds up faster than normal people, and dissipates slower. (I am very widely paraphracing, also sleepy)Also IH with long sleep, and short sleep, are clearly distinct, and REAL conditions. (:
