  1. for my game's playtesters this weekend. I'm starting to lose some sleep due to anxiety, crashing out at the weirdest times of the day, and of course, my ADHD is in full-blown run-away-train mode. I'm not complaining at all, mind you.   6. I've had problems with sleeping for pretty much all of my life. Mostly related to the fact that I do not get "sleepy" until after 2 or 3 days have passed, and even then falling asleep is difficult. Without medications, mind you.

    Since it is so normal to me, I often genuinely forget that most people actually do get sleepy. I start wondering why people want to quit a gaming session because they are tired, until I remember that yes, they actually have brains that send signals saying "need rest, getting sleepy."

    Since it is so normal to me, I often genuinely forget that most people actually do get sleepy. I start wondering why people want to quit a gaming session because they are tired, until I remember that yes, they actually have brains that send signals saying "need rest, getting sleepy."

  15. Ok, I've got a week to sort out my sleep. Currently, I'm mainly awake through the night and sleeping through the day.

    Next Wednesday I need to be able to sleep through the night and be awake through the day as got an appointment the next day.

    Knowing it's 11:45am at the moment and i'm still awake might be a good start just got to keep up a little longer

  19. Yesterday didn’t feel especially off or weird. I’m finding that sometimes I don’t become aware of issues until afterward. This time it was waking up to my alarm after crashing at 21:30, still in my clothes. My normal is 5 hours of sleep. You can set your watch to it.

    Oh, so I was actually way more exhausted than I realized. Check. Could I like have an indicator light or notification of that during that instead, please?

  24. CW: Sleep issues, hard time getting up

    So, yet another night I wake up at 4. This time partner snoring. Ear defenders worked a while but I can't lay on my side with them, which is how I usually sleep, so I moved to the sofa. I fell back asleep just in time to be woken mid-dream by my alarm feeling absolutely destroyed. 😖 #insomnia #ActuallyAutistic #SleepIssues #Anxiety

    13:00...12:00...11:00... I've made progress over the last week even after our 8+ hour DnD session.

    Theeeen I had a night gig and I'm right back to 14:30 orz
