Dozens of EU, US & Canadian MPs, fmr ministers & retired officers call for a European-led air protection zone over western Ukraine. Just 120 SkyShield aircraft would have greater impact at less risk & cost than 10,000 European ground troops.
I strongly encourage the emergence of actual plans of action.
