So yeah, thorns. 2 weeks of sat on the sofa with my head torch on and a pair of tweezers pulling them out of my hands. Don't trip into thorn bushes yeah? What happened at the end of 2025 after Northern Ireland. uuuh.... a week or so of recovery, and then trying to get some pace back into my legs for the Percy Pud in December. I had just over a month to recover, train and taper for the first weekend in December and run on my 10k pb course. In theory I had all the aerobic capacity I […] -
