We recently learnt the term "skill regression" from an informative, compassionate short by an AuDHD content creator (Dr Kojo Sarfo).

It is simultaneously:

• relieving to know there's a term for what we're experiencing;
  

and

• incredibly sad to know that so very many others have experienced, are experiencing, and/or will experience this 😔
