Drawing from @wizlicos latest Sketch Stream where I asked for some Fan Art from The Last Hope SCAR, the Pokemon RPG I am part of. In the last episode, there was an Octillery up top of a Rampart, and Midnight the Zoroark teamed up with Shale the Sandshrew to "Fastball Special" Shale on top of the Rampart to get him in close.
