💬 Patch Notes - Ascensões e Hiato!
Hoje aplicamos o último patch disponível do Mod Efellen.
Esse patch incluiu as Ascensões para jogadores avançados.
Anunciamos também, agora, um hiato do servidor, visto que o Servidor Epic! Shard ficará online para o beta no dia 01/04 e eu devo jogar nele. Então devo dar uma pausa nas jogatinas por aqui.
O Ecos continuará online para quem quiser jogar, mas não me espere muito online (ainda estarei disponível para corrigir eventuais bugs reportados, receber feedbacks e/ou aventuras casuais).
Se você não conhece o Epic! Shard e gosta de Roleplay e Ultima Online, sugiro fortemente visitar o site deles e conhecer. É um Ultima Online completamente diferente do que você já viu.

Yesterday I finished playing retro-CRPG "Skald: Against the Black Priory". Described as 'an old school CRPG with modern sensibilities', it's also a cosmic horror story with all that entails, which captures its intended mood really well—you know from early on that things aren't going to end well for anyone, not least you.
Man though, that ending was *bleak*. At least let me struggle a bit more against my and my companions' inevitable fates, y'know?

Finally got time to start Skald: Against the Black Priory and it’s *awesome*. Fantastic retro RPG, can’t wait to play again!

Yesterday night I was playing "#SKALD: Against the black priory" and at some point I saw a big moth flying a couple of times at the edge of my vision. After a while I decided it seemed too large for a moth, so I raised my eyes and realized it was a bat flying around the room. I bolted to the nearest window and opened it so it could fly away.
This is one immersive horror RPG, but I didn't think it could become *that* immersive.

Well, #BaldursGate3 is one of my favorite games of all time...I'm looking for more CRPGs to play! I'm current playing #Skald and #DivinityOriginalSin2 and I'm greatly enjoying those...what other games can scratch that itch? I've been wanting to play the first two Baldur's Gates but I've heard that they don't use turn-based combat, which is quite a turn off for me....Any recommendations? Finito Ghost of tsushima, mi sono buttato a pesce su #skald.
Prime impressioni molto buone. Grafica con palette reminiscente c64 molto bella, pulita e "comprensibile". Controlli ottimi (ed è qui che c'è il maggior distacco coi giochi d'epoca), e nonostante i miei timori comodissimi anche da #steamdeck
Ma la cosa che mi sta piacendo di più sono musiche e scrittura.Credo che me lo berrò tutto d'un fiato.

Early on when the pandemic started, I tried to occupy myself by going back and playing some of the Gold Box games for the C64, but quickly ran into how badly they had aged. I know, I'm spoiled by modern RPGs.
However, I just came across Skald on Steam, and it really seems to be a modern version of what made the Gold Box games so great. I've only played the demo for a bit, but I'm liking it so far.
