The descent was a bit tricky, because the path was hidden under ice and snow. We ended up in an area that was so steep, that loose snow tumbled down and fell off a cliff, so we decided to backtrack the upper part of the trail before rejoining the loop further down... better safe than sorry 😮💨
We did, however, catch a splendid sunset just before arriving back at the car!
