It's the penultimate day of the 2 week Worksafe BC Advanced First Aid course I'm taking at St. John's Ambulance. We are doing skills practice scenarios all day today to prep for evaluation day tomorrow 😬

Pleased to say I'm now a First Aider after completing a workplace course with St John Ambulance yesterday. It's something I've been planning to do for a while and I'd certainly recommend #SJA. #thoughtsfromswallowbarn
