Day 28

So 28 days on this routine. Bought a posture brace to help keep my back proper position today. Frankly its been needed. I look less over weight at least when I force my back into proper position.

Been looking to build a Lantern Clamp for the restoration project. Rewatched the video and a $40 Black and Decker workmate was also recommended. I honestly will probably go this route instead as I need something like this for other parts of the Van project. A multitool is always preferable to a unitasker at times.

Did a quick estimate on the Kia on Maaco's website. Getting the paint back to what it used to be at their best price would cost me $2k which isn't too bad. Get the front end stuff fixed/replaced as well as the dent on the back and then paint and you get a nice restoration.

Once thats done and the mechanical repairs it will last a lot longer.

Also will probably investigate getting the Van painted appropriately. Want to fix that before trying to install solar and a fan.
