Packing to travel to benevento in Italy to work together with Leandro Pisano, Jacek Smolicki and Giacomo Por. We will be working with with site specific soundart and psychogeography for a whole week, around villages which have been affected by earthquakes for hundreds of years there, in abandonment and building anew.

I’m Morten, at present I work as a #composer, #SoundDesigner and theatrical producer for a #theatre I run with three others. We work #sitespecific and mostly in #rural areas. Art belongs everywhere.

I’m educated contemporary vocalist and early childhood music educator at the conservatory in Denmark. Afterwards I spent 4 years #teaching, took a diploma in leadership and added 5 years as a #principal to the resume, before I started our theatre Teater Jævn.

I have Scottish, Italian and British heritage (that I know of) and am a settler on unceded #Kaurna land. My family has called #PortAdelaide home since the late 1890s & that place is very special to me.
