One way of protecting the country we love is keeping our memories of the events of January 6, 2021, strong and fresh. For too many people, the outrage has slipped away over time. Elected Republicans who took to the floor on January 6 after they were able to return to the Capitol no longer seem to remember the anger, the fear, and the outrage that animated them to protect our country on that day. Following the January 6 attack, Lindsey Graham said, “All I can say is count me out. Enough is enough.” Mitch McConnell said Trump was "practically and morally responsible" for the attack. Today, at least publicly, Republicans have lined up behind Donald Trump, supporting him. January 6 has been effectively memory-holed. It’s the moral equivalent of no longer being outraged by Pearl Harbor or 9/11.
#SistersInLaw podcast referred to the copresidency-apparent of Elon Musk and Donald Trump should just be referred to as “Mump.”
And I strongly agree.

#SistersInLaw have brought up a very good point, that "salted duck" gifts are a huge tipoff that your state or federal employees are on the take from the Chinese.
I listened to #SistersInLaw podcast 197 where they talked about AI in campaigns. Barb McQuade was the "We need to do something . There is deliberate disinformation. We need to figure out the laws." Kim, the lawyer journalist ,was concerned about the 1st Amendment, knew laws would be passed would be challenged and made better. Jill Wine-Banks was spot on. This is bad, dangerous we need to act now.

Listened to #SistersInLaw podcast, about immunity, on today’s walk. Of course the #MCOTUS (MAGAt court) rulings are bleak. It did make me think! If the Imperial Court wants all Federal Agency decisions to go through them, they’re gonna have a tremendous workload.
Right there, just thinking of them 😉, I see an excellent reason to expand the court. Relieve some of their workload so #Alito and #Thomas can go fishing and RVing like good ol regular folk.
On the separation of church and state:

They discussed #JudgeMcAfee 's order on Willis & Wade. But they didn't discuss that he delayed the order because he had been receiving threats & waited for proper security for him & his family.
#BarbMcQuade talks about law enforcement's reluctance to investigate & prosecute threats in her book. How do push for action?
