Looking back at my #nature #blog archive, I saw that this time last year, the weather was quite similarly dull https://sussex-nature-lover.tumblr.com/post/669113022638440448/sunday-28-november-2021 We did go on a visit to #Sissinghurst though. It's quite local so we can decide on that day and just nip over there. There's always something to see #gardens #flowers #trees #history #NationalTrust

@lilmsmally do you know I'm usually much more keen on soft pastels, but the brighter hues really hit the spot in Autumn particularly. Sadly they're not mine, but I like taking photos at properties we visit. The Cottage Garden at #Sissinghurst #NationalTrust is an inspiration. Each season it has a fiery mix and I'm always surprised at how attractive I find it. Do you #garden
