Managed to sneak in a cheeky Slow Ways from Milford Haven to Haverfordwest before the rain started. Other than a few routes from Narberth, South Pembrokeshire is conquered with over 72 miles of Slow Ways surveyed this week. Neyland - Haverfordwest Slow Ways completed. Mostly off road on the fairly new Brunel Trail, part of the National Cycle Network.
