When your entire Amphoe gets attached to a genuinely worse products, it always drives me nuts when talking to foreigner. please buy real Si Racha sauce from Si Racha and not some fake sauce named after the location because "I've been there once". Heard enough of this guys sob story

@Ulzana I added a few other things to mine:
A little olive oil and a tablespoon of butter — my housemate removes most of the #fat from the #broth before she refrigerates it .
For spices, I used — in addition to that on the recipe already:
A little #siracha,
fresh minced Garlic
Crushed red-pepper flake
Basically season to your personal tastes.
I also didn't have any #greenonions or #scallions, so I used #driedonion instead.

Finished my first attempt at an homage to Siracha sauce that I am calling “Lil Dab L Do Ya” sauce. It has a nice fresh flavor, but I used my Thai Red Chilis instead of Fresno or Red Jalepeno, so the name is appropriate.

"Climate change is touching every aspect of human life. It may not be responsible for every disaster, but climate change is making extreme weather events more frequent and intense. Turbulence is getting worse. Cities are sinking. Droughts and floods are forcing people to flee their homes. What else? Food, of course.
Although food prices are affected by many factors—economics of the country, supply-chain, inflation, oil prices, wars and conflicts—climate plays a major role in production and it has started to sting. More than 345 million people face severe food insecurity in 2023 and crop failures due to floods, droughts, and other extreme weather events are making things worse.
