  1. I'm from Si Racha and I still want to make a statement that Huy Fong's """"Sriracha"""" is not even real Si Racha or taste remotely similar in the same ballpark

    When your entire Amphoe gets attached to a genuinely worse products, it always drives me nuts when talking to foreigner. please buy real Si Racha sauce from Si Racha and not some fake sauce named after the location because "I've been there once". Heard enough of this guys sob story

    A little olive oil and a tablespoon of butter — my housemate removes most of the #fat from the #broth before she refrigerates it .

    For spices, I used — in addition to that on the recipe already:

    #CIlantro

    #Tumeric

    #Chinese #hotmustard

    A little #siracha,

    fresh minced Garlic

    Crushed red-pepper flake

    Basically season to your personal tastes.

    I also didn't have any #greenonions or #scallions, so I used #driedonion instead.
