I had a fairly quiet day today. Still recovering from this sinus infection, so I mostly rested. Managed a little study, which felt good. Spent some time pondering things I won’t go into here. Ended the day listening to The Mushroom Case daily podcast.

When I catch a cold, I will most likely also end up with a raging, painful sinus infection that only a 10-day course of antibiotics will kick. Even then, I might relapse & end up sick for a total of 6 weeks.

It's a BUMMER.

So I'm always curious about preventatives, hence my question about #ProvidoneIodine #NasalSpray.
