Bliss! All I can smell now is #Jimmyssatesauce & the peanut paste (I prefer calling it paste to butter, but anyway…) I added to it.

I neglected to take a pic of yesterday’s haul of Big Pear #tomatoes.
They’re still sitting in my gardening hat & next to the bed, so here’s a pic.
I spotted one had been attacked by insects while taking the pic, so that reduces the number to 19.
In other news, we’re having another #SingaporeNoodles for #dinner tonight, the #chicken is currently marinating in #PeanutButter & some #Jimmyssatesauce 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Last night we ate at the #HouseOfKhong. That was a confusing meal! The #SingaporeNoodles had no curry flavour at all, instead they seemed to be in a #ChowMein sauce. 🤔
Tonight we ate at the #MexicanKitchen. Oh my. My #Colorado took me back 40+ years to #MexicanMicks in #ByronBay. Excellent meal.
It’s our last night in #Bendigo. A short but fantastic break.

I’m making a #chicken #curry for late lunch/early dinner.
Funnily, my better half who isn’t a curry fan arrived at her rellies in #NSW & reports:
“Humidity is near 80% and if I just move I start sweating profusely. Oh well. You would have loved dinner. #CurriedChicken, #beef #rendang (curry) and #SingaporeNoodles. Served with Tumeric rice.”
Out of my curry frypan & into the fire. lol.

When we went to the tip on Wednesday we also stopped in #Woodend for pies.
I’ve been sick since. Don’t ask! Too much information.🚽
Because of that I never got to make my #SingaporeNoodles!!
Today my better half is off to spend the weekend in Melbourne with family, I’m feeling a little better, so I aim to make it for myself tonight.
