My children have never known a normal life. They knew fear, loss, and deprivation before they knew joy. I lost everything, and today I live with my children in a dilapidated tent, lacking even the most basic necessities.

Every day passes with them, but a little help can make a real difference: a bottle of water to drink sweets in this heat, a treat to bring a smile to their faces, or a sandwich to ease their chronic pain.

Five dollars may seem like a small amount, but for me, it could mean breakfast for a hungry child and a small joy for a child deprived of their most basic rights.

In Gaza, more than 115 people who were killed at the beginning of the war have only now been recovered from beneath the rubble, nearly three years later. They were children, women, and men.

Ik ben voor #Simpol en stichting Ons Geld op zoek naar een geschikte server om daar een account aan te maken.

Vooralsnog wil ik dat hier op mastodon.nl doen, alleen wordt er aangegeven dat je geen #reclame mag maken op deze server.
Nu zijn beide organisaties politiek actief, dus heb ik aan de beheerder van mastodon.nl gevraagd hoe dat zit met ideële organisaties.
Tot dusver heb ik nog geen antwoord op mijn e-mail van een week geleden.
