I have been overwhelmed recently, so I followed some of Tracy's practices:
Removed my RSS Reader from my phone's home screen (but not from the app menu, for now)
Unsubscribed from all large news sources and signed up for their weekly newsletter instead (wherever possible, I will receive the newsletter in my RSS Reader). That's L'Équipe, Les Jours, Le Monde and Libération
