Transport Minister Peewee (brmm brmm) Brown has announced three new toll roads: the Takitimu North Link, Ōtaki to north of Levin, and Penlink.
None of these mean anything to me because I live in the South Island where the government is trying hard not to invest in infrastructure.

My July story for Forbes is all about the global push for cities to reduce their speed limits, following overwhelming evidence on the associated benefits. From what I've seen, only NZ is proposing to go the other way 🙄
