Silver Falls State Park in Oregon
We had a chance to visit this magnificent park recently. It’s about 30 miles east of Salem OR.
The left photo is the 177 foot South Falls near the main entrance to the park. The right photo is the 65 foot Upper North Falls, a short drive north. Both are an easy mile or so walk from parking. There is the Trail of Ten Falls that is a 7 mile loop. Unfortunately dogs aren’t allowed on that trail due to a narrow path with a sharp drop off.
