Poor Avalon has been having to wear a cone due to some sores on her paws that she wouldn't allow to heal. She is so rambunctious in this cone, and she thinks that because she looks pitiful, she should get away with more 😂

#Mellie is so funny and silly. She was starving but wouldn't eat her food (#cuscus made with bone broth and fat, with #chicken #hotdogs and a cup of dog #food).
I had dinner and then put her food on my plate & she ate the first one plus most of the second plate.

Smeagol almost fell asleep with his prize toy, an 8 lb dumbell. At least once a day, gets it and moves it to a different spot.

During the night, around 3AM, I was startled awake by the sound of what I, correctly, assumed was Benson startling awake and falling off the couch. Leeloo was also alerted to the noise. Benson came in my bedroom and I inspected him, but he seemed fine. Checked the camera and confirmed my assumption. He went right back to the couch to go back to sleep.
This morning he’s having a good morning as though nothing happened during the night.
Silly old doggo.

Benson has, basically, resorted to just jumping over the step when going down from the porch. This is a bit concerning because if he misjudges the jump, he could hurt himself, as he’s done in similar situations in the past (like when I learned what “degloving” is…don’t look it up if you don’t know).
He’s climbing up it fine, though. Still getting used to it, but figuring it out.
Just wish he’d walk down it normally.

Poor Bobby. He doesn't have access to the big cat bed because he tore a hole in it that I need to patch, so he was forced to squeeze into the small one. Such a hard life he has.
