    Archaeologists think they may have found a lost city under the Silk Road in Uzbekistan. The city is potentially Marsmanda, a city that made iron products in the 10th century.     A study has ascertained that the domestic cat were traded along the Silk Roads to China. Cats arrived into China about 600CE, which was 1500 years after their introduction into Europe. Cats were given as gifts by merchants to wealthy Chinese.
