So simple, yet amazing.
A cold block of silken tofu on boiled rice. The sauce is light and dark soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, gochugaru, black rice vinegar, chili oil and garlic, topped with sesame seeds. This has become the standard Sunday post-ride recovery grub over the last few weeks.
