  7. It's been 1 1/2 months since I processed on FB about parents of adult children being surprised when their kids go no contact, and the #trauma caused by my mother. I ended by stating that it would take some effort and respect from her if she wanted to have a relationship with me.

    As predicted, I've heard not a peep from her since she replied publicly there that she loves me and we'd work it out. Maybe, just maaaaaybe, that comment was for my friends to see, not for me.
