1001 Albums You Need To Hear Before You Die.
I just rated number 900, so it feels like getting into the end stages now. One album per day, short breaks on the holidays, so I've been going for about 3 years. The generator uses all version of the book, so I've got about 200 albums to go still.

Today was a helluva release day. Between Killer Mike, Boris & Uniform, Sigur Rós and Queens of the Stone Age, it was hard to choose which to highlight.

Queens it is because you really can't go wrong with them. It's a solid rock album with Homme doing what he does best. It's nothing flashy or innovative and pretty much stays in the pocket of their "thing". I'll always love them.
