  2. Używa ktoś może ładowarki dwukierunkowej #Sigen #Sigenergy 25kW #EV DC? Tej w ofercie #Pstryk? Interesują mnie praktyczne doświadczenia z używania jej w trybie, no właśnie, dwukierunkowym. Strona producenta ma taką tabelkę z testowanymi samochodami, ale brak konkretnej specyfikacji. #elektromobilność

  3. Best solar panel production day 2024 vs 2025 (neither solstice was clear)
    24/12/2024 - 69kWh
    24/12/2025 - 78.14kWh

    Best single panels:
    NE - 2.92kWh
    NW - 3.09kWh
    SW - 3.25kWh

I'm at -33.73, near Sydney, so you'd expect the northerly panels to do best, but there's early shade NE, & none NW or SW. Winter, OTOH 🤷

It's *waaaay* more than I need...see large exports. Winter, OTOH, probably the same... 🤷

  4. What a great #SolarPower month. I've already generated over 1 mWh, with more sun to come. Will Sept be my 2nd best month ever (beating Feb @ 1.2)?

    We'll see!

Ooh! [looks again] Hang on - almost 12mWh in 12mths? 3 weeks left to get there. 🤔 The suspense will kill me! 😂

    Installed 10kW near Sydney 10/10/24. 12kW from 8/25. 13 NE panels (was 9). 11 SW (poor in winter). 3 NW. Trina & Jinko 440 panels, #Enphase IQ8 microinverters, #Sigenergy 24kWh battery.

  5. Would love to get this operational!

"All Tesla [and many electric] vehicles are now capable of bidirectional charging (V2X) thanks to an impressive Powerwall competitor, Sigenergy, which can include a universal bidirectional DC charger.

V2X, or bidirectional charging, is becoming a fairly common feature for electric vehicles."

  6. Making use of a variant of the "Community: Avoid Solar Clipping (IK&IE)" operational mode for the #Sigenergy #Version3 #SolarClipping Basically it uses timers to control the battery charging e.g. allow it to charge only to 80%, and prioritise export, so that all the spikes above 5.5kW go to the battery

  10. The sheer amount of data the #Sigenergy integration for #HomeAssistant provides is a touch overwhelming. Thankfully, good folks in the community have assisted me in adding in a bunch of additional tools including #EMHASS and the #Amber integration that now automate management of our solar+battery with forecasting, mode switching, and export at the best possible times.

Watching it do its thing is pretty funky.

  11. Our #Sigenergy solar+battery system has been up and running for a couple of days now, and with the help of folks in the #HomeAssistant community, I’m close to having automated granular control over when it charges and discharges, so I can take full advantage of the best feed-in pricing from #Amber.

The advantage of using something like Home Assistant is that while the learning curve is steep, you get a very rich amount of data and controls exposed.

As a platform, Home Assistant is probably still deep nerd territory, but if you’re keen and can invest the necessary effort, it’s worth it.

  12. Installed. Gets activated tomorrow (I think). The team that installed it were fastidious it's a really nice build.
