    two comments on this, one nostalgic, one snarky:

    (1) will always remember this being the venue i dragged friends to for some of the most unhinged movies, including Robinson Devor's 2017 “Zoo" and François Ozon's 2000 "Water Drops on Burning Rocks”

    (2) will #SIFF come in to rescue this venue like they did with the Egyptian (then abandoned) and Cinerama (currently drowning the entire organization)

  9. just just secured my 2026 pass to #SIFF in spite of my many, many, many reservations i have about the organization and how it has been operating the past few years…

    …will be interesting to see what fresh hell it could be come May at current pace

    i've been saying for years that #SIFF’s ego was going to be its downfall...

    …and after years of questionable management decisions, it's coming to pass
