  1. Citra Little Thing = bright citrus, juicy hops, crisp finish. Not everyone’s doing Dry January—and for 21+, this one was just plain fun to drink. 🍊🍺

  2. CW: Advent Beer Calendar 2025: Day 24

We’ve made it to the end of the #BeerAdventCalendar, with our final day before Christmas bringing a holiday classic that I enjoy every year (and you should be too!): Celebration IPA from #SierraNevadaBrewing.

  3. 🔥 Hot take: Sierra Nevada’s Festbier is better than half the “authentic” Märzens y’all pretend to like.
It’s clean, crisp, drinkable and doesn’t guilt-trip you in German. Prost, nerds. 🍻

  4. This is a first - a can of Sierra Nevada beer had an off flavor. I checked the date on the can, and it was from October of this year. I took an off flavor beer class a while back where I learned all about different things that can go awry in beer, and also learned that I’m horrible at identifying them. Alas, this one seems familiar from that class, but that’s all I know. Not what I’ve come to expect from Sierra Nevada. #beer #sierranevadabrewing

  5. Had my first Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale of the season, and it was tasty. Though I still object on principle to their calling it fresh hop, I’m willing to look the other way to have this exemplar of a winter IPA every year. #sierranevadabrewing

  6. @hoperatives Uh, huh! Although, there is something special about #SierraNevadaBrewing's Celebration label remaining mostly unchanged.

  7. @noblegaragebrew Why not both? For us, favorite pairing, currently, has got to be #FirestoneWalker's Mocha Dolce and Tiramisu.
Outside of that, we love pairing #SierraNevadaBrewing's Pale Ale with a slow-roast pork shoulder BLT with field greens, fresh mayo, fresh tomato and a dash of kimchi.

  8. @Kemosabe53219 For sure! For a time, we played the risky game of drinking bottles of #SierraNevadaBrewing Pale Ale or (we were young once) #RedhookAles ESB.
