@noblegaragebrew Why not both? For us, favorite pairing, currently, has got to be #FirestoneWalker's Mocha Dolce and Tiramisu.
Outside of that, we love pairing #SierraNevadaBrewing's Pale Ale with a slow-roast pork shoulder BLT with field greens, fresh mayo, fresh tomato and a dash of kimchi.
