This may look like a quaint Greek village, but it's actually a small 12th century village in Tunisia calles Sidi Bou Said. It's about 20kms from the capital, Tunis. It has been a mecca for artists since the 1920s. It is a beautiful little village, but easily accessible by train from the capital. If you ever go to Tunisia, I would recommend a day out here, along with the Carthage history in the surrounding area.
