Mennyire örülök annak, hogy rájöttem arra, hogy létezik egy self host #Cloudflare #Tunnel alternatíva a #Pangolin formájában.
A bár, publikus IP-vel rendelkező, mégis ki nem nyitható routerem esetén, meg úgy biztonsági szempontból is sokkal kényelmesebb.
Igaz, ehhez kell bérelnem egy VPS-t a #Vultr szolgáltatónál (nekem ez vált be már sok-sok éve, de gateway átjáróként használható, olcsóbb alternatívát szívesen fogadok), ami évi 60 eurómba kerül, de legalább a szerverem kimegy, a kapcsolatok nem arra érkeznek közvetlenül, hanem a VPS-re. Szóval... Minden oké.
És a #Tailscale #Funnel szolgáltatásával sem kell szórakoznom, ami vagy tűrhető sávszéllel volt, vagy nem, és a hozzá tartozó domaint soha nem tudtam megjegyezni normálisan, annak ellenére, hogy minden szolgáltatásomhoz volt egy #sidecar megoldásként alkalmazott TS konténer is.
De, legalább így ki tud menni a #JellyFin is és a #Nextcloud is a világba, és nem kell félnem attól, hogy a CF előszed a #ToS megsértése miatt.

Momentary bound to use a "mobile" desktop and I must say that the #Apple #MacBookPro + #iPadAir 13" as #sidecar screen with #BetterDisplay setup is really nice.
Currently running #macOS on a 2704x1756 (#macBook ) + 2732x2048 (#iPad ) dual display setup.
This does not even require the paid version of #BetterDisplay. -

Moved over from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom. Kinda forced, since Lightroom Classic doesn't run on my new laptop with its Snapdragon CPU (ARM).
First, I was slightly upset about me not knowing beforehand, now though, after playing around a little bit, I feel I can make the jump. Lightroom seems modern and lighter in processing. Also I like the idea of not being dependent on a proprietary catalog file.

Hungary, 1989. One of my favourite TV programs in the 1990s was "Two Fat Ladies" with the delightfully unfashionable Jennifer Paterson and Clarissa Dickson Wright who rode everywhere a Triumph Thunderbird motorcycle and sidecar. Just like these two on a Jawa motorcycle in Hungary, a few years before the TV series was filmed. (All the episodes of Two Fat Ladies are now on YouTube.)
