  1. Summer cooking tip: A quick way to "pull" pulled pork is to use your stand mixer. Cook your meat to 200F/93C internal temperature (I use a slow cooker), put the hot meat in the mixer bowl with the flat beater blade and turn it on the lowest setting. Mix until you get the texture you want. If you don't have a stand mixer, I have heard that a hand held mixer will work.
