Listening to the livestream of the End Medical Debt speakout of folks in Annapolis. They began by acknowledging the passing of a man who spent a huge part of his life organizing for racial justice, healthcare access, and economic opportunity. He showed up for decades for himself and for others. He will be missed at SURJ Baltimore but we will continue many of his efforts, including our coalition work. #EndMedicalDebtMaryland #ShowingUpForRacialJustice
