A visit to #GrumpyJohn's #cider festival in #Shipley. Made the mistake of starting at the more tannin-y end of the table so will definitely need a palette cleanser next.

Grumpy John's Cider's annual festival is taking place in #Shipley this Saturday, featuring real cider from small batch producers across the UK.
John, who is not *quite* as grumpy as the name suggests, makes his own real cider from unwanted apples from gardens around #Bradford too.
Cocktails & mocktails available for non-cider drinkers.

A bridleway adjacent to King's Mill, #Shipley, #WestSussex. The coloured finger post indicates a number of waymarked trails around #Knepp Wildland. The mill was built in 1879 and operated until 1926. It featured in the #BBC TV series #JonathanCreek. #FingerpostFriday #windmill

Yesterday I ran 5 miles to #Shipley caught the train to #Skipton and jog/walked the 23.5 miles back to #Rodley along the #LeedsLiverpoolCanal It was something I always wanted to do but I never want to see a #canal path now for some time! Fuelled by #RoastPotatoes and tomato sarnies.
